Free Coins

Free coins are the easiest way to start playing at Prize Riot Casino without reaching for your wallet. Because Prize Riot runs on a dual-currency sweepstakes model, “free coins” can mean two different things depending on which currency you receive - Gold Coins for entertainment play, and Sweeps Coins that may become eligible for prize redemption after meeting the requirements.

Free Coins at Prize Riot Casino: what they actually are

At Prize Riot Casino, free coins are bonus virtual currency credited to your account through offers like sign-up rewards, daily bonuses, promotions, and other approved methods. These coins let you play eligible games, test new titles, and build a routine without needing to buy coin packages.

Prize Riot uses two currencies:

• Gold Coins are for entertainment gameplay.
• Sweeps Coins are part of the sweepstakes system and may be redeemed for prizes once you meet the site’s requirements.

Gold Coins vs Sweeps Coins: the difference that matters

Gold Coins are designed for play-for-fun entertainment. They’re great for extended sessions, learning game rules, and trying different providers. Gold Coins do not have redeemable value.

Sweeps Coins are the currency tied to prize redemption. Prize Riot’s stated conversion is 1 Sweeps Coin = $1 in redemption value. Sweeps Coins may be awarded through free bonuses or included as part of a Gold Coin bundle purchase, and they come with play requirements before they’re eligible for redemption.

Ways you can receive free coins at Prize Riot Casino

Prize Riot supports multiple paths to receiving free coins, including both automatic bonuses and offers you’ll need to claim. Availability can vary by account status, location, and promotion timing, so it helps to check your account promos area regularly.

Sign-up rewards: the welcome bonus you can grab right away

New players can start with Prize Riot’s welcome offer: 50,000 Gold Coins + 2 Sweeps Coins. This is presented as a no purchase required welcome bonus.

If you’re specifically aiming for prize eligibility, keep in mind that Sweeps Coins have a 1x playthrough requirement before they can be redeemed for prizes.

Daily rewards: log in and collect

Prize Riot offers a Daily Rewards Wheel that can be used once daily. Rewards vary, and the wheel may award Gold Coins or small sums of Sweeps Coins depending on what lands for you that day.

Because it refreshes daily, this is one of the most consistent ways to build up coins over time without purchasing.

Promotional offers: rotating boosts and limited-time value

Beyond daily rewards, Prize Riot runs recurring promotional boosts tied to certain days:

On Tuesdays, there’s a 10% package boost that awards extra Sweeps Coins (up to 10 Sweeps Coins) when you purchase any coin package.

On Fridays, there’s a 20% package boost that awards extra Sweeps Coins (up to 10 Sweeps Coins) when you make your first purchase on Friday.

These are not “free” in the no-purchase sense - they’re bonus value added to a purchase - but they are a major source of extra Sweeps Coins when you’re already planning to buy.

Social media and email promotions: what to expect

Prize Riot may occasionally run limited-time promos through channels like email or social media. Exact schedules and reward amounts can change, so treat any offer as official only when it appears inside your Prize Riot account or in a message that points you back to the site’s published promotion terms.

If you want to avoid missing short windows, opting into marketing emails (where available in your account settings) is typically the safest way to see time-sensitive offers.

Refer-a-friend rewards: earn more when your friends join

Prize Riot offers a referral bonus of up to 10 Sweeps Coins per friend. Specific qualification details (such as what your friend must do to trigger the reward) should be confirmed in the referral terms shown inside your account, since referral programs often include validation requirements.

Special events, seasonal promos, and giveaways

Like many sweepstakes-style casinos, Prize Riot may run special events or seasonal promos that increase coin drops, add short-term tasks, or provide limited-time bonuses. The best way to confirm what’s live is to check your promotions area in your account, since event timing can change.

Is a purchase required to get free coins?

No purchase is required to receive the no-deposit welcome bonus (50,000 Gold Coins + 2 Sweeps Coins). Daily rewards are also available once per day.

Prize Riot also provides an Alternative Method of Entry (AMOE) via a postal request. When submitted according to the Sweepstakes Rules procedure, this can award up to 3 Sweeps Coins.

Some promotions, including the Tuesday and Friday package boosts, require a purchase of a coin package to qualify.

How often free coin offers are available

Some offers are predictable:

• The Daily Rewards Wheel is available once daily.
• The Tuesday boost runs every Tuesday.
• The Friday boost runs every Friday (tied to your first purchase on Friday).

Other offers, like seasonal promos and email/social campaigns, may appear at any time and may run for a limited period.

Where to claim free coins inside Prize Riot

In practice, free coins are typically claimed in a few common places:

• Your welcome offer area after account creation
• The daily bonus feature (Daily Rewards Wheel)
• The promotions section for active campaigns
• The referral area for invite links and referral status
• VIP Club pages for tier-based benefits

Manual claim vs automatic credit: how rewards usually show up

Some bonuses are credited automatically after you qualify (for example, certain sign-up rewards). Others require a manual claim, such as spinning a daily wheel or opting into a specific promo.

If you don’t see coins appear right away, check whether the offer requires you to click a claim button, complete a verification step, or meet a condition like “first purchase on Friday.”

Do free coins expire?

Expiration depends on the specific promotion and the terms attached to that reward. Because different bonuses can have different rules, rely on the promotion’s stated terms inside your account for the definitive expiration details.

If you’re holding a bonus you plan to use, it’s smart to play sooner rather than later so you don’t run into a time limit.

Playthrough and usage rules you should know

Sweeps Coins at Prize Riot have a 1x playthrough requirement before they can be redeemed for prizes. That means you generally need to use the Sweeps Coins in gameplay at least once prior to redemption eligibility.

Prize Riot also lists wagering contribution rates by game type, which can affect how gameplay counts toward requirements. Always check the current rules for the game you’re playing if you’re focused on prize redemption eligibility.

Can free Sweeps Coins become eligible for prize redemption?

Yes - Sweeps Coins may become eligible for prize redemption once they meet the stated requirements, including the 1x playthrough requirement.

Prize Riot’s published redemption rules also include a minimum redemption of $100 (100 Sweeps Coins) and a limit of one prize redemption in any 5-day period.

Do Gold Coins have any redeemable value?

No. Gold Coins are used for entertainment gameplay and do not have redeemable value.

Account, age, and location checks: who can claim free coins?

You’ll typically need an active account in good standing to receive and use free coins. Sweepstakes-style sites may also apply age and geographic eligibility restrictions that can affect whether Sweeps Coins are available to you and whether prize redemptions are permitted.

Because eligibility can depend on your location and the platform’s current rules, confirm the requirements in Prize Riot’s official terms before you plan around Sweeps Coin redemption.

Why a free coin offer might not show up

If an offer isn’t appearing, common causes include account eligibility limits, the bonus already being claimed, the offer window ending, location restrictions, or not meeting a condition (like “once daily” limits on the wheel or “first purchase on Friday” requirements).

In some cases, technical issues like cached sessions or app/browser glitches can also hide promo widgets - logging out and back in can help you confirm whether the offer is still active.
